1. Who provides the service

FRONT 2026 (front.deliatti.ro) is operated by DELIATTI SRL, Toplița, jud. Harghita, România. Contact: info@deliatti.ro.

2. Your account

• The game is free to play. You must be at least 16 to have an account.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts, bots (automated scripts), exploiting bugs and selling accounts are forbidden.
• Insults, threats, discrimination, spam and other people’s personal data are forbidden in chat.
• For breaking the rules we may restrict chat, remove your country or suspend your account. Premium suspended for fraud is not refunded.

3. The game

FRONT 2026 is a fictional strategy game. Countries, armies and events are simulated and do not express political opinions. The game world evolves continuously; rules, balance and features may change through updates. Inactive countries may be taken over by other players or by the computer.

4. Premium

• Plans: monthly, yearly (auto-renewing subscriptions) and lifetime (one-off payment). Current prices: 39,99 lei / 249 lei / 399 lei, shown on the Premium page before payment.
• Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. Invoices are issued from the billing details you enter.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Premium page (“Manage subscription”); Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
• “Lifetime” means for as long as the game is operated.
• Premium gives the comfort, information and cosmetic benefits described on the Premium page; it does not guarantee victory.

5. Right of withdrawal

Premium is digital content supplied immediately after payment. Before paying you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Romanian GEO 34/2014, art. 16(m)). If you paid by mistake or the service does not work, write to info@deliatti.ro and we will look at each case.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the game available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for in-game losses (countries, units, rankings).

7. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to info@deliatti.ro; we reply within 30 days. You can also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC) — alternative dispute resolution: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal. Romanian law applies; disputes are settled by the competent courts.
