Who we are

The data controller is DELIATTI SRL, Toplița, jud. Harghita, România. Contact: info@deliatti.ro.

What we collect

• Account: username, e-mail (optional), password (stored only as a hash), language and preferences.
• Game: the countries you lead, orders, chat messages, reports and game statistics.
• Technical data: IP address and browser/device type at sign-up and at each login, the days you visited and the tabs you opened.
• Billing (only if you buy Premium): name, company, tax ID, trade register number, address, e-mail and phone for the invoice. Card details never reach us: payment happens directly at Stripe.

Why we use it

• To run the game and your account (performance of a contract).
• Invoicing and accounting for Premium payments (legal obligation).
• Security: preventing payment fraud, multiple accounts and abuse, chat moderation (legitimate interest). This is what IP addresses are used for.
• Improving the game: aggregate statistics on tab usage and how often players return (legitimate interest).
• E-mails about turns and your account, only if you turned them on; you can switch them off in Settings.

How long we keep it

• IP addresses and devices: 180 days, then deleted automatically.
• Billing data and payments: as long as accounting law requires (in Romania usually 10 years).
• Account and game data: while the account exists; we delete it on request (except data the law requires us to keep).

Who receives it

We do not sell data. Only providers that help us run the service use it: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider and, if enabled, Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel (statistics and ads). Authorities only when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@deliatti.ro. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).

Cookies

We use one session cookie needed for login and local browser storage for preferences (theme, language). Statistics and ads (Google, Facebook) load only if configured by the administrator.

Age

The game is meant for people over 16. Premium may only be bought by adults or with a parent’s consent.
